PP: Crawford County Cell Based Liner Repair

Crawford County Landfill secured New Dominion Construction Company to make liner repairs at their site. To make these repairs, the waste above the damaged liner must be removed and a new liner installed.
During this process, 52,500 cubic yards of waste was exposed, forming 3 to 1 slopes and in some areas 10 to 12 foot vertical walls of open waste.
